How is the care plan created and updated?
We assess the home and routines, build a safety-first plan with clear goals, and review it with you within 30 days, then on a regular cadence or when needs change.
What does it cost, and what does insurance cover?
Home care is billed hourly. Most families use 12–24 hours per week. We explain what Medicare/Medicaid may cover for clinical services and where personal care is private pay. We provide clear rates before you start.
What happens if a caregiver is sick or unavailable?
We notify you and arrange backup coverage whenever possible. You’ll have a contact for urgent changes 24/7.
